Ashley How is a business applications expert with over 25 years of experience in a variety of industries, including supply chain, business intelligence, and ERP. As CEO of the LightArc, which he founded in 2010, he brings a passion and energy in partnering with clients to give them greater transparency and visibility of data that leads to strategic, efficient, and responsive decision-making. Ultimately, this is achieved by creating greater efficiencies, cost-reduction, opportunities for increased revenue, and planning for the future that recognises the importance of what businesses need now.

In addition to 10 years’ experience in QlikView development and design, and being a SCOR-P certified practitioner, Ashley’s areas of expertise include project and account management, ERP implementation and integration, financial reporting and budgeting, and system reviews. As the CEO of LightArc, he remains committed to building a diverse, high-performing team of specialists that understand the importance of businesses leveraging the power of visibility in delivering impressive results for a large range of clients in the For-Profit and Not-For-Profit sectors.

As CEO of the LightArc Business Performance Group, Ashley has helped many clients improve their business operations through the implementation of best practices and the use of innovative technology solutions. He has achieved this by introducing a proven client engagement process that is focused on understanding the business life stage of each client and being committed to empowering them to achieve improved performance and ROI through best practice benchmarking. Outside of work, Ashley has a love for motor sports, where more than likely you will find him at The Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix.

Gary Williams LightArc

Gary Williams
New Business Development Manager

Gary Williams is an optimistic and enthusiastic sales professional with over 20 years of experience tailoring enterprise application and SaaS software solutions, coupled with proven implementation services.

Having started his IT career as an Enterprise Application Developer, before moving into Project and Program Management, Gary brings a strong implementation methodology and delivery governance focus to his Solution conversations. Through his experiences as Business Development Manager with M-Power Solutions and CSG, Account Management roles with Oracle NetSuite and DXC Technology, and as Regional Sales Manager for Board International, Gary is skilled at developing the right action plan for each of his client's needs and committed to helping them select the right solution for each of their unique requirements.

Throughout his career, Gary has earned the trust of national and international companies where he has maintained strong client relationships that have developed into trusted partnerships. He attributes his success to his ability to listen to his client’s needs and put their success first.

Outside of work Gary is a family man, and when he is not on Daddy Uber duties ferrying his children to their various sporting activities, you will likely find him clad in lycra riding up and down Beach Road, Melbourne. Although a recent gravel bike purchase has seen him diversify his riding route!

Kirsty Campbell
Operations Manager

Kirsty Campbell has been with LightARC since 2021, joining as the Executive Administration Manager. In this role, her ability to be across what the business needed to effectively respond to what clients needed and to get things done saw her elevated to Operations Manager. With over 18 years of experience in corporate-level administrative and marketing support roles, Kirsty brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role at LightArc.

Along with her passion for systematising and coordinating key organisational functions to create greater efficiencies for delivering better outcomes, Kirsty’s ability to oversee key projects and model a high level of accountability for individual and team performance allows the LightArc team to focus its efforts on improving better outcomes for its clients. Her ‘can do’ approach and proven ability to interpret and report on customer/client needs and expectations make her an invaluable member of the team.

Outside of work, Kirsty enjoys wakeboarding, 4x4’ing, hiking, trail bike riding, and travelling to coastal destinations. She also has a soft spot for ’90s classics and can often be found belting out her favourite tunes in the car.

Mark Cosham
Senior Solution Architect

Mark is an experienced business consultant and software developer with over 30 years of experience in the industry, working with Telstra Health, CSC, iSOFT, IBA Health, and KCS Integrated Software Solutions. He has a Bachelor of Science with a major in Computer Science from Monash University and is experienced in process improvement and proficient in a broad range of programming languages.

Starting out as an Analyst/Programmer in 1990 and eventually moving into senior Systems Support roles, Mark's skills are invaluable to LightArc. His ability to translate between technical and non-technical jargon makes complex tech concepts easy to understand for our clients. In addition, his knowledge of payroll and accounting systems makes him an asset when it comes to implementing our software solutions for our clients.

Mark is also a Linux enthusiast and enjoys developing websites and running his own mail/web server in his spare time. He has even managed to convince his family to enjoy dark chocolate - although getting them to like liquorice remains a work in progress!

Team Performance Manager

Paul has been with LightArc since July 2019, and currently holds the position of Business Consultant and Team Performance Manager. With over 15 years of experience in business management and reporting, Paul brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the LightArc team. His skills include business intelligence, ERP experience (Qlik, ZapBI, Oracle DW, BOARD Reporting, Dynamics AX & Epicor), supply chain management, website design and testing. A self-professed "tech geek", Paul is passionate about using technology to improve business efficiency and performance.

Paul is a highly valued member of the LightArc team, and we're proud to have him onboard. We're confident that his skills and expertise will continue to help us support our client's growth and success in the future.

An avid outdoorsman, Paul loves spending time in nature and in his spare time, enjoys boating, camping, 4WDing and fishing... and if you look in the right places, you can probably find him reading about the latest conspiracy theories!

Omolayo Adeb is a highly motivated and experienced Finance professional with a wealth of international and Australian experience across a range of industries. He is dedicated to leading, managing and driving change within businesses to ensure sustainable operational growth and optimal profitability. Omolayo knows how to deliver strategic and financial performance objectives successfully.

He has experience in working across various facets of finance, including financial markets, accounting, analysis and advising on revenue and expenditure trends, budgets and forecasting, regulatory compliance and overall management of the finance function. Stacey Cranston
Business Analyst - Finance/BI

Stacey is a Business Analyst with an extensive background in Accounting and Financial Analysis. Leveraging her experience in retail, FMCG and manufacturing, Stacey began her career in Accounts Receivable and Credit, moving quickly onto Financial and Management Accounting where she used her broad knowledge base to add value in later Analytical and Business Partnering roles.

After obtaining further qualifications in Data Science, Stacey now applies technical solutions to financial planning and analysis requirements to deliver valuable business process improvements and insights. She is passionate about using her diverse skill set to close the gap between Finance and Information Technology.

During her downtime, Stacey continues to invest in her professional and personal development with continued study in Data Science and personal programming projects.

Wei has over 12 years of hands-on experience in Corporate Performance Management (CPM), Data Warehouse/ETL solutions and SQL/Oracle-based reporting solutions. His experience spans various industries, including finance, planning and construction, sales and training. With a strong background in ETL (SAP BODS), CPM (Board and SAP BPC), databases (Oracle, SQL Server) and OLAP modelling technologies, Wei has a proven track record in translating complex requirements into value-added solutions.

Wei holds a Master of Network Computing from Monash University, and since joining the LightArc team in 2020, his technical expertise and knowledge of data warehousing and enterprise performance management has helped him succeed in many complex projects. He is a valued team player who enjoys working collaboratively with others to help clients improve their business performance and make better strategic decisions.

A member of the LightArc team for two years now, Wei has played a key role in delivering several successful projects. His expertise in CPM solutions has helped clients improve their business performance and make better strategic decisions. He's a valuable team player and enjoys working with others to achieve common goals.

Wei is an avid sports fan and enjoys watching movies in his spare time. Fun fact: Wei's first time golfing, he hit the green on the initial swing but has never managed to replicate that feat since!

Technical Data Analytics Consultant

Tulani Kankanamalage is a technical data analytics consultant who brings to the LightArc team more than 10 years of Business Intelligence expertise. Committed to ongoing learning and keeping up-to-date with industry knowledge and technical skills, Tulani holds a Bachelor of Technology (Computer Studies) and was awarded university commendations and recognition during her studies. She helps steer LightArc through rapid growth in technologies and is a skilled developer, tester and support consultant.

Before joining LightArc, Tulani worked as an independent contractor with Ethan Group, Australia delivering software suites and automation platforms. She's an asset to the team and we're pleased to have her onboard.

An avid international traveller when she gets the chance, Tulani also enjoys maintaining her garden and spending time with her dogs.

ERP & Data Analytics Consultant

Elia Kennedy is a Senior Analyst Programmer at LightARC who has over 35 years of varied and distinguished experience in IT application development. She has a Higher Diploma in Mathematics, Statistics and Computing and has had key roles in the development and implementation of IT applications in the retail, manufacturing and banking sectors.

Elia played a crucial role in the 3-year implementation project of SAP in CSL as the BPCS subject matter expert in relation to the data migration activities of BPCS data to SAP. Her strong focus on delivering high-quality IT solutions with exceptional outcomes has led her to be a key player in many successful business transformations. Elia also has a strong focus on continuous improvement of business processes and operational efficiencies, which makes her an invaluable asset to any organisation.

Outside of work, Elia enjoys swimming, walking, and social occasions with good food!

Jane Tee
Senior RPG Analyst & Programmer

Jane Tee is a systems expert with over 35 years of experience in system design, programming and software support. She has worked for large corporate clients and is experienced in programming languages, including SQLRPG, RPGLE. Jane is also experienced in software platforms, including Boss Warehouse, ASW Enterprise, and Data Tracker. She has a strong ability to adapt programs to meet management and user needs.

She is a valued member of the LightArc team and has contributed to the successful implementation of several software solutions. Jane's knowledge and experience are an asset to LightArc and our clients.

Jim Konstas
Business Analyst

Jim Konstas has been in the IT industry since 1980 and has experience in all aspects of the field, from coding to system design and everything in between. With years of experience in an IBM environment, he has created software systems and applications that have been working since the 90’s.

Jim’s experience as a business owner, consultant, and project manager has given him a unique perspective on how businesses operate and the challenges they face when it comes to leveraging technology to improve business efficiencies and outcomes. He's always up for a challenge and has a very keen eye for detail.

Jim is highly skilled in Enterprise Content Management software and is an excellent communicator and problem solver. He understands diverse and complex customer requirements and ensures jobs are completed on time and within budget. He is a valuable member of the LightArc team.

Narjiss-Albayati

Narjiss Albayati
Client Support Training Lead

Narjiss Albayati has started recently at LightARC as a Client Support/training lead. She has long experience in the IT and Community Health Sector. She's very passionate about her job and enjoys troubleshooting complex issues.

Previously worked with Telstra Health as a Senior Support Consultant and assisted large clients from the Aged Care, Disability, and Community industry. She has skills in reporting and claiming government funds for example NDIS, VINAH, HCP, CHSP, VADC, DEX, SDC/IPA, and many more.

Also, she has obtained a bachelor of Business Information Systems from RMIT University. Her current role at LightARC is to provide support to clients and actively seek opportunities to improve their experience and competency through training.

Outside work, Narjiss enjoys spending time with her family and is busy driving to swimming classes, soccer, and other activities.

Lucien Morel
Senior Business Analyst

Lucien joined the LightArc team with 30 years of industry experience, with previous roles including Enterprise Performance Management, Management, IT & Analytics Consultant.

Always ready for a challenge, Lucien originally studied IT because it was one of the hardest courses to get into at the time. It turned out to be the ideal choice and he has since added to his studies, a postgraduate in IT and MBA in Strategy, Finance & Risk.

The application of his studies have led to numerous career highlights, including developing & delivering Momentum Health’s claims processing system in Johannesburg, Morgan Stanley’s IPO Syndicate Management system in London, Japan Tobacco’s Freight Procurement system in Geneva, Ministry for Environment’s Waste Intelligence solution in Wellington, Auckland Airport’s Enterprise Data Warehouse & BI solution, and Telstra’s Project Funding Planning system in Melbourne.

When not solving challenges for our clients, Lucien immerses himself in neural networks and moving up the Kaggle leaderboard.
